Can I change my delivery address?

If there is a real need to change the address after the purchase had been made, do contact us within 2 hours of order placement. For quick delivery, please ensure that you have keyed in your address correctly, with pincode.



What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs (including handling charges) are calculated at the checkout. The prices vary from INR 45 to INR 230 based on weight. Shipping is free, if the total order is above INR 999.



Can my order be replaced in case of damage(s)?

If the item(s) you have ordered had arrived in damaged / defective condition or is different from their description on the website, they are eligible for a free replacement with exactly the same item(s) as the damaged / defective or the ordered one(s).



How can I track my shipment?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a mail with tracking number. In case of any other query, please reach out to us through chat / mail / phone.



How soon will I receive my order?

Once the order is processed for payment, it will take 3 - 5 business days for you to receive the order.



What is the minimum order for delivery?

There is no minimum order for delivery. Nominal delivery charges apply to all orders based on their weight. Any order above INR 999 is delivered free of charge.



Is Cash on Delivery (CoD) available?

Cash on Delivery (CoD) is not available at present. We are working on making this facility available soon.
